Common Threads is for Children of Survivors Only. Meetings are held at the Clinical Library at Jewish Family & Career Services (Entrance C).

Dr Irit Felsen will meet with the group to discuss experiences and challenges for children of Holocaust survivors. We are very grateful to the Jewish Federation of North America (JFNA) as well as the Holocaust Survivor Support Fund (HSSF) of the Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta (JFGA) for funding the opportunity to meet and work with a well-respected expert on trauma and the Holocaust. We made a date change in order to fit in with Dr Felson’s Atlanta  visit schedule.

Irit Felsen, Ph.D., is a clinical psychologist who received her pre-doctoral training at the Yale Psychiatric Institute of Yale University. She holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from Hamburg University in Germany, as well as an M.A. in Clinical Psychology from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem Israel, and an Honors B.A. in Psycholgy from Haifa University in Israel.
